Well, since its been 2 months since i last blogged. here it is my followers, a new blog post.

And guess what. Im a COLLEGE student!!!

College has been rockin. I really love it. and that could possibly be because i am doing what i want to do and it is quite fun if i do say so myself. It is very time consuming and kinda stressful but i enjoy it at the same time so it balances out.

Here are some projects i have done:

We had to pick a fabric and paint it. Super fun

Drafting... Love it but i also want to be shot in the face every time i do an assignment.

I've made some friends and i also love my roommates.

The roomies: Jacque, Me, Sarah, and Allie. Theyre pretty cool.

I also never showed my final result of the comforter i was making so here it is in my new room:

So far my life consists of lots of homework, lots of TV shows (doing art work totally allows me to watch a butt load if TV.) and 80's dancing. Which is bomb. everyone is super sketchy but its so fun!

I love college life. and i love SLC.

So this summer has been absolutely amazing so far and very very busy. hence the reason i havent been blogging.
on june 3rd i went to Japan with Aya for our senior trip. SO freaking awesome. we went for two weeks. i miss it and want to go back. it was the best. here are a few pictures that can sum it up:

That was really one of the best trips ever. Well i went home for 4 days and then was off to Hawaii with my family. and i am still here. we leave in 2 days and here are a few pictures to sum this trip up:

This Week. aka the Best week ever.

So a lot has happened this week and i decided its very worthy to blog about.

Monday. Lets get real i dont remember all the way back to monday....

Tuesday. Kaipo's Luau and all my pals were there and then after we all played all night until the senior prank. We chalked the whole front lawn and put blue and orange streamers in all the trees and put two huge orange wooden "1" 's on the roof. Then the cops came and i dont think i have ever ran so fast in my whole life. ha

Wednesday. Dco date. SO fun! i went with Bennett and we had a photo scavenger hunt. it was just a great day!
This pretty much sums it up...

Thursday. I GRADUATED! It hasnt hit me yet but it probably will when summer hits me. (its only in the 60s today what is this?) it was also the all night senior party and that was so so sooo fun!

Friday. I had a bomb 18th birthday party. such a success. when i got home Kirsten was here from Las Vegas to surprise me for my birthday. It put a nice cherry on top of my week.

Today/Saturday. it is only 12 pm but i just found out that i will be recording for the new young womens album next week!!! i am soo excited and scared and honored and surprised at the same time. so yeah. today and tonight i have lots of different graduation parties to go to.

Tomorrow/Sunday. Is my birthday. hopefully that goes well.

I feel like i have this obligation to stay caught up on posting because my followers keep growing and i hate when people take foreverrr to blog. i just want to know whats going on with people. So i assume others feel the same.

Since i have nothing specific to blog about, i'll just give you an update on my life.

Graduation is on the 26 of this month and im slightly freaking out. two weeks ago i was so not ready and didn't want to leave high school and was loving life there. as of last week my mind has rapidly changed. dont ask me why or how. But i am SO excited to move out and go to college now! I am mostly excited to move into my new apartments. :) They are brand new. (like still being built) and they are nice and spacey and they have a washer and dryer in the apt. Its 4 girls to two baths and a living room dining room and kitchen. The apt building has a Jacuzzi and a theater room. so pumped! im just ready to go out and live on my own.

In other news, Ty gets home in 9 months... crazy? i think YES! wow.

This friday is not only Friday the 13th but Senior Ball! im going with Clark Checketts and i am stoked! it will be so fun! i will definitely blog about that one.

Today i was a vampire.

New Love

For about the last year now i always thought i wanted to get married in the Oquirrh temple. I drove by it today and it just wasnt fancy enough for my taste. i love the shape and think its beautiful but for some reason it wasnt doing it for me.
So i got thinking about the other temples and i really started to fall in love with the Salt Lake Temple. It was like a quick snap and i now i LOVE it! i totally see myself there! its so perfect and i dont know why i didnt see it earlier.

Day Twenty Six: Your Fears

im super tired and my lap top is about to die so we are going with one fear. The main fear. my biggest fear.

Spiders.

i even cringe typing the word. The give me the heebeegeebeez REALLY bad. I have nightmares about them. oh crap why am i doing this right before i go to bed. They make me want to cry even just thinking about them. the hairy long creepy legs that just move so fast and it makes you want to throw up and cry and scream all at the same time. i dont know. i usually put a picture up on every post but there is NO way i am putting up a picture of a spider. so why not just spiderman? i know, that was a good one.

Is it weird that i loath spiders but spidy is my favorite super hero?

Day Twenty Four: Your Favorite Birthday

My favorite birthday was probably my 16th. My friends planned a HUGE surprise party for me and it was SO fun! I told chelsey i wanted a surprise party and we planned it all out. She told me a couple days later that we should change the date to the weekend after because she had something going on. So the friday we had originally planned it on Aya came over so that we could go get ice cream. Brandon called when we were on our way and told us to come get ice cream at his house. So we went and i was totally oblivious to anything. we pulled up to his house (everyone was parked in the cul de-sac down the street) On our way into the back yard i said "i should be walking into my surprise party right now. But Chelsey had to change the date." haha aya opened the gate and i stepped into view of the back yard and there were so many people there and they yelled surprise. I was so in shock that my jaw dropped and i was just frozen. and then the gate closed on my face. haha it was SUCH a good party. Probably in the top 3 parties during my high school career.

Day Twenty Three: Favorite Vacation

Thats a hard one. i really have so much fun on family vacations and i LOVE to travel.
We'll just go with my two coolest trips. Brazil and Italy

I went to Brazil about two years ago to pick up my sister Barbie from her mission. We went to Sao Paulo, Rio, Londrina, and many other awesome places around that area.

About 5 years ago we went to Italy and England just for fun. My dad went to Italy on his mission so he likes to visit now and then. it was AMAZING! i absolutely LOVE it there. The food, the smells, the people, the views, everything! I want to go back sooo bad and we just might for the Rome temple open house.

I have wayyy too many pet peeves so i will just name one.

When people leave the milk out.
Even if its just a couple minutes. ah it bugs me just thinking about it. You can really taste that its not as cold even when its been in the fridge for an hour after being left out. oh my gosh i just hate warm milk. it has to be freezing cold.

Something that makes me feel better when I'm sad is I take a nap. Usually when im feeling down i lay on my bed and i'll fall sleep shortly after. i'll most likely be content after waking up and letting things soak in. Its quite nice. Plus i have the comfiest bed on the planet.

This is my Dad. My dad is pretty much the coolest dad around. when i think about my dad i just picture him laughing and smiling. He is always happy and is so funny. He and I love to travel and love to plan out our fantasy trips (they will happen one day) during sacrament meeting. I love my daddy.

This is my Mom. She is the best mom ever! She is incredible. She pretty much does everything for me. I should probably thank her more. I really do appreciate everything she does though. She is such a good example to me and we have so much fun together. She makes me laugh a lot.

This is Kirsten. She is so beautiful. She is the oldest and knows how to keep us all in line. ;) she is super easy to talk to and is always interested and good at listening. I always have so much fun going to visit her! but we miss her at home.. Shes an amazing mom and i hope i can be as good as her when im a mom.

This is Ritchie, Kirstens husband. He is a huge teaser but hes funny; and even though when they come to visit he always steals the TV we still love him.

This is Barbie. (no her name is Barbara) She comes next. She is also so beautiful. Me and Barbie know how to joke together. We have pretty much the same sense of humor. We have some good times. Barbie is such a good example and teaches me a lot about how to be better.

This is Michelle. Right in the middle where she goes best. Michelle is also just as beautiful! (what can i say? i have gorgeous sisters!) Me and Michelle just have such a blast together. We are so funny and fun. Michelle really is an inspiration to me.

This is Jake, Michelles husband. He is also big on teasing. He likes to play games and he always clears the table after sunday dinner. Hes really funny. I never had an older brother and i would definitely pick Jake and Ritchie for mine!

This is Alex. Where to even start with Alex? He is the baby of the family and Im so glad i get to be the closest in age to him because hes the only brother. Alex is so funny and so cute. All the little girls his age always tell me how nice he is and thats so true. (even though he teases me sometimes. but what little brother doesnt tease their older sister?) He is so good at playing basketball. a random kid at school today came up to me and said, "your little brother is a pretty good player." (i found out his little brother is on alexs team.) Pretty much Alex is going to be the biggest stud in high school. which is next year... weird.

This is Sadie. Michelles daughter. She is so crazy that sometimes its hard to handle. but life would sure be boring without her. We love her!

Day Eleven: The town you live in.

I live in sweet old Provo. and I absolutely love it. I kinda want to stay here forever. Some people hate "the bubble" but I think that the bubble is why I love Provo. I love the Zoobs and Zoobland. I love the mountains and the canyon. I love our green grass. (Provo has nice grass. we take it for granted.) I love Days. I love being a T-Bird. Everything about happy valley really is happy. besides one little thing.. (actually its kind of a big thing) This might even make me leave Provo its so bad. The winter. I hate it. Take out winter and leave everything the exact same and I would live here forever.
Is it possible to go from fall to spring? I'll find a way.

first off i just want to say that i finished a whole earth systems packet in one day. yes i did. and a biology one in 3 sittings. its was tough but i feel so relieved that i actually get to graduate. now that i did these i wont have that constant nagging in the back of my mind that i have to do it. :) man it feels good.

well I LOVE food. who doesn't? I have a few favorite restaurants but it depends on what im in the mood for.

Chinese: Rice King (a little dump on center street in provo. SO fantastic)

Steak: Texas Road House all the way.

Italian: Glorias Little Italy. They have the BEST Gnocchi I've had in America.

Or another good Italian is Johnny Carinos. BEST lobster ravioli. the only downside is they dont have it in Utah..

But yeah I think thats all.. hopefully I didn't leave out any of my beloved restaurants..

So i am definitely going through this baking phase and today i thought i would experiment and make some rainbow cupcakes for St. Patricks Day. the colors are not as dark as i would've liked, but i guess they're still pretty cute.

I did Red, Yellow, Green and Blue. The blue and green kinda meshed though..

I bought chocolate gold coins and left the cupcakes, coins and a little note anonymously on a few peoples front porch. It was fun. :)

The worst thing is that I watch my shows for a while then by the time I should do my homework I would rather be watching my shows. And I do. They are even worse of a distraction than facebook if I dare say. You just have to see what’s next!

well first, i got accepted to LDS business college! its all starting to feel real and its kinda scary yet really exciting!

and second, Ty has been out for officially one year on the 24 of February! crazy? yes. very. im so glad though. only one more half to go!!

Hes also doing a fantastic job and is loving the mish a LOT!

Vampire Diaries

Ive become way too obsessed with this show. Its practically all i think about. but you dont understand how good it is until you see it. every single episode is so intense and it just gets better and better! I started watching it last saturday and finished one season of 22 episodes in 2 days... and then half of second season in another 2 days. now i am caught up and have to wait until every thursday to watch it.. which sucks. but its just SO GOOD!

So I have my plan officially set and ready.
I decided I'm going to LDS Business College and i am going to get my associates in Interior Design.
i am taking all the interior design classes at school right now and i absolutely love it!
I'm so excited to move out and go to Salt lake city! My mom and i are going to go up soon and check out apartments and such. i may also be going by myself which is scary but it will be a good experience. I'm excited!

On the other hand, in my interior design sewing class we have to do a big project and I'm going to make a duvet cover for my new bed when i move out and this is the goal(except in light pink):

I was getting sick of my hair so i thought that i would cut my bangs. My sister Kirsten was in town who does hair but for some reason i just really wanted to do it myself. so i got a honkin pair of scissors and cut. i dont really know what i was thinking because i just grabbed a middle piece and accidentally cut it too short... so embarrassing...

Luckily Kirsten was there and she fixed them for me. otherwise i would be dead. haha they are still a little short but they will be good in about a week or two.

So senior year has been fun so far but im kinda done with high school. im ready to move on to bigger and better things. like college :) I think it is official. i have been diagnosed with Senioritus. yes its true. luckily 1st term gets over this week and then i'll only have 3 terms left! but here is a recap of senior year so far,

Vacation!

Today my parents, Barbie, Alex, and I are heading off to New York! i am so super excited! the closest i have come to new york is looking out the window of my air plane before landing in the new york airport, and leaving a couple hours later on another flight to Utah. It will be such a blast!

We are going to new york for a couple days and then driving to Virginia. we will stay there a couple days and it will include a lot of fun things like Virginia Beach! after that we will drive down to Washington DC. that will be all sight seeing and stuff which will be fun! we will be in DC on the 4th of July so it better be good! we will be home on July6. i will see you all then! have fun at home!

So on Tuesday my phone started completely spazing out. so i go to tmobile and they tell me all i have to do it plug it in the computer and download the new software. i do it, and it totally ruined my phone... yeah i was kinda mad. so i went back to tmobile and they said it was not fixable.. so they made me buy a new one. which i've kinda wanted this new one for a while so i was kinda excited! but i went from this phone:

So tonight i went to Cirque Du Soleil. So freaking AMAZING. really, it was mind blowing. its like a legit circus. but these pictures pretty much sum it up.

This morning i went swimming and it felt like summer. it was so fantastic!- warm, no school, care free laying out.

Then it hit me that there is only one week of real school left! (the last week it worthless)

Sometimes I am so pathetic. I've been on my email refreshing the page every minute. maybe less. i got an email from Ty while I was on the computer so i wrote back to him really fast. he wrote back and then I wrote back. he hasn't written back.. I've been doing that for 20 minutes now.. do you think he's off? because i cant get off unless i know hes off. what if i miss the email! yes i am pathetic, as Colby would say in this situation. oh well i have to wait another week i guess.

Junior year is almost over... which means i will be a senior. Ah! i dont want to grow up it makes me scared! i have one more year at home. one more year to not have to worry much about money or food or housing.. or college... that ones scary. well since the school years pretty much over here are highlights on junior year. the main points.

The year started out fantastic! going to homecoming with Ty :)

Prom was a blast! i went with Landon Hadley. we went to the gardens for our day date, then went to carrabas for dinner. we went to the dance and went down the steps. after everything was over we went to brandons and went swimming in his "giant hot tub" his pool was like 90 degrees. so fun!!

Monday i wasnt having a good day. sure the weather was fantastic but all the prom stuff that isnt working out is kinda frustrating. (i cant go to dinner because my play) it was just a crappy day. but i get home from school and see some flowers. knowing that my play was starting the following day i figured they were for me. i saw the daisies and remembered telling ty many times that they were my favorite. my hope were high as i opened the note and it read,

"Break a leg sweetheart! congratualtions on making acapella. im so proud of you, i love you, love Elder Ty Blacker."

it absolutely made my day. so thank you Ty :) here are the flowers and here are some things from his package he sent a little bit ago and the dress also.

Ty left for the Marshall Islands on March 17 and i hadnt gotten any letters from him since he got there. I did luckily get an email so we have been emailing a little bit but its just not the same as letters. they are more personal. I've been checking the mailbox like crazy just waiting for a letter! Finally he told me he hadnt sent any but he was sending me a package. yesterday i opened my front door and i saw a package. i picked it up and saw who it was from. i started jumping up and down and screaming! haha i was so excited! (elle im glad you witnessed that!) He sent me a couple letters, some sea shells that he found- they are huge!- a tape, a gwam(the dresses the women in the Marshall Islands wear.) and some other random things. it made me happy :) but here are some pictures his mom sent me today! he looks and sounds like he is doing great!!

Its been a while. but i have nothing to say. life doesnt change that much

and nothings really going on in my life. well i guess the term is over!

which means only one more term left of junior year.

kinda sad but also exciting. junior year has been a big year for me.

i dont want to grow up. i dont want to leave the comfort of my home

to go to college all on my own. i cant believe im old enough to

think about college. where did my childhood go? it flew by.

i should've savored it a little more. i want to pause life here. i love being 16.

im old enough to drive, to take care of myself but young

enough to live at home and rely on my parents. i have no clue what

i want to do with my life or what i want to be. where should i go to college?

i want to stay here but if i dont i want to go somewhere far and warm.

maybe i spend too much time thinking about my future.

but isnt it critical right now, going into my senior year? i dont want

to think about it. i want to live in the now and worry about

the future when it gets here. i think thats what i'll do.

I love to be Spontaneous. during lunch on tuesday we all decided to go to St George after school for the Basketball game. we left at 3 and got home at like 130. it was so fun! the 2 and a half hours actually being there were so worth it though because the game was so intense!

Ty and I weren't planning on talking after saying goodbye at the airport but i cheated and chatted with him on facebook :) ha
Just that short talk helped me feel so much better! i don't know why. It was kinda a little reassurance that everything really will be ok.

Saying goodbye to your best friend for two years is possibly the hardest thing I have done...

I went to spend the weekend down in Texas with Ty for his farewell,

and it was such a blast and it made our relationship much more stronger,

which is really hard if you've seen where we were before.

I got in on Friday and we had dinner with his parents, and just relaxed.

Saturday for Valentines we went to The Silver Fox. The nicest restaurant I've ever been to!

So that was exciting and super fun!

Sunday was hard.. his farewell.

He had lots of family saying goodbye and everything.

We had a good long talk which involved lots of crying.

But we helped each other out and its all good.

.Monday.

Hardest day of my life. I suggest not sending out a missionary.

Not that i regret it, because i love every minute i spend with him. its just so hard.

I would never redo that moment of saying goodbye.

But the way i look at it, its more of a see you soon.

Its not a goodbye, I'll see him again in two years and it will fly by.

So i decided to try out for a musical called, Once on This Island. i thought it would be fun to try out for the main character, Ti moune, just for kicks. who ever thought i would actually get cast as Ti Moune!

Its a love story and too long to explain on a bolg. so if you want to know what its about than you will have to come see it! April 20-24 i believe.

i got home from school on monday to a very happy sister telling me to go ask my mom what she has to tell me. very confused i went in my moms room and she looked up from her lap top that her eyes are always glued to and said, "did you leave your phone at home today?"

"yeah...?"

"We booked 3 tickets to Brasil Dec. 24- Jan. 2."

Yes! im going to Brasil! i havent earned my 1000$ that i need to but sense the plain ticket was a little bit cheaper than they thought i only need 400$! almost there! so we are going to fly to brasil on the 24th and Barbie gets released December 26th then we will go around brasil and check things out and then fly home the 2nd and have Christmas on the 3rd! i also have a show on the 3rd but what can you do?

Petalbump is a new musical that im in! the producer/director is Graham Russel from the 80s band Air Supply. He came to the Vibe to find a cast and thats what he got! so me and all my dance buddys are the characters, acting, singing, and dancing. its pretty funny! its about a girl who has no friends and falls asleep in her back yard which is in the forest and wakes up in Fairy Land! she learns how to dance and its going to be good! if you want tickets go to www.arttix.org the shows are October 27-31
